Refund Policy

1. Free plan
Our Free plan is genuinely free — every feature unlocked, no credit card. There is nothing to refund.
2. Paid plans — when refunds apply
- First paid subscription, within 48 hours. If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide it's not for you within 48 hours and you haven't used a substantial part of the included quota (we look at messages sent, broadcasts run, etc.), email us and we will refund the unused subscription fee.
- Service unavailable > 48 hours. If our service is unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault, we will prorate the affected days as account credit (or refund on request).
- Duplicate charges. If you've been charged twice for the same period, we refund the duplicate.
3. When refunds do not apply
- Monthly subscription fees after the 48-hour first-paid-period window.
- Charges Meta levies for WhatsApp conversation fees — those are between you and Meta and we don't see or hold that money.
- Fees for prior periods you've actively used the service in.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@chatbolt.app from the email tied to your account with your invoice number and a short reason. We respond within 3 business days.
